The rubber foam insulation pipe board production line adopts the latest international technology and fully automatic continuous production technology. It uses high-performance nitrile rubber (NBR), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and EPDM rubber (EPDM) as the main raw materials, supplemented by a variety of high-quality additives, and is made of soft and efficient energy-saving materials for thermal insulation through a special foaming process.

Our company specializes in the production of rubber extruder, air conditioning insulation pipe equipment, rubber and plastic foam insulation pipe/sheet equipment.
The rubber foam insulation pipe board production line adopts the latest international technology and fully automatic continuous production technology. Simultaneously produces pipes with an inner diameter of 12-108 mm and a wall thickness of 6-30 mm.
Sheets with a width of ≤2000 mm and a thickness of 6-50 mm.
Designed line speed: 35 m/min (using 25 mm wall thickness, Ø50 mm pipe as an example).
Installed power: ≈ 380 kW (including heating). Turnkey service. • Process recipes, installation and commissioning, personnel training, and after-sales maintenance. Floor space: L 85 m × W 6 m × H 4 m (adjustable to accommodate custom plant requirements). Control: Siemens PLC + 10" touchscreen with one-touch recipe recall.
Extruder + foaming furnace + traction cutting unit + other equipment can be added or subtracted based on production capacity, environmental requirements, and product specifications.
